The day begins with registration and sign-in from 10:30 AM - 12 noon followed by a hearty welcome and brief overview of the tournament rules at with a shotgun start at 12:15 PM. Following tournament play awards will be presented at the Dinner Auction Extravaganza at Swiftwater Cellars. Register your team today!

A fine day for golf at last year's Life Support Golf Classic

Foursomes include signage, green fees, carts and range balls, tournament gifts, continental breakfast, snack box, BBQ burgers and hot dogs served on the course, tournament gifts, Nike dollars, eight (8) tickets to the dinner auction awards party following the tournament at Swiftwater Cellars, acknowledgment in the golf program, newspaper and on the Life Support website, and a team surprise!

Register an Individual Golfer

Register as an individual golfer to participate in the Life Support Golf Classic at Rope Rider, Suncadia Resort. Entry includes: green fees, carts and range balls, tournament gifts, Nike dollars, continental breakfast, snack box, BBQ burgers and hot dogs served on the course plus one (1) ticket per player to the awards dinner auction party following the tournament at Swiftwater Cellars.

General Information

• Please observe proper golf attire
• No denim of any kind
• Shorts are OK at appropriate length (approx. 9” inseam or less than 2” from your knees).
• Men: collared shirts are required
• Ladies: If the shirt is sleeveless it must have a collar. If it has sleeves, a shirt with no collar is allowed.
• Suncadia golf courses have a NO-SPIKE policy. “Please wear soft spikes only.”
